We recruit for Nursery Practitioners, Room Leaders, Deputy/Setting Managers, bank staff, and apprentices. Open roles vary by location—check the live vacancies on our careers page.
For qualified roles we typically look for Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years (or equivalent CACHE/NVQ). We also welcome experienced unqualified applicants with a passion for early years and a willingness to gain qualifications Training Provided.
Yes. From induction and mentoring to funded CPD and leadership pathways, we invest in your growth. Many of our leaders began as practitioners and progressed internally.

Most roles are full-time over a rota within nursery opening hours. We also have part-time and bank opportunities in some locations.
